The National Council of Social Service administers the Special Assistance
Fund which, provides financial assistance to people with disabilities
from low-income families to purchase equipment or technical aid
for mobility or rehabilitative purposes.
Voluntary welfare organisations
also provide various financial or other forms of assistance schemes
to their members.
People with disabilities and their families can also tap the various
Government Assistance Schemes where applicable.
