| The Tribunal for the Maintenance
of Parents provides a legal channel for aged parents who are unable
to maintain themselves adequately, to seek maintenance from their
children. The TMP's secretariat provides support and handles the administrative
work of the Tribunal. Maintenance of Parents Act (Cap.167B) can be accessed at http://statutes.agc.gov.sg/ For assistance, please call 1800 2585128. To provide better accessibility and to serve the public better, the Tribunal for Maintenance of Parents (TMP) will be moving out of the MCYS Building to a new building called Family Link@Lengkok Bahru. The TMP will commence operations at the new premises from 11 January 2010.
