Citizens' Consultative Committee ComCare Fund (CCF)
CCF provides urgent and temporary assistance in the form of cash, vouchers or food rations, for a maximum of 3 months.

ComCare Enterprise Fund (CEF)
CEF provides seed funding for sustainable new social enterprises that train and/or employ the needy disadvantaged in Singapore.

ComCare Transitions (CCT)
CCT provides needy low-income families with temporary cash grants and assistance with rental, service & conservancy charges, utilities charges and medical fees.

Healthy Start Programme (HSP)
HSP provides vulnerable low-income families with young children, with preschool education, parenting programmes and case management support to improve family functioning.

Kindergarten Financial Assistance Scheme (KiFAS)
KiFAS provides fee subsidies for children from low-income families who are attending eligible kindergartens.

Public Assistance Scheme (PA)
PA Scheme helps with basic living expenses through monthly cash grants. Recipients also receive free medical treatment. Children from PA families also enjoy free education and additional cash assistance.

Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA)
SCFA provides fee subsidies for children from low-income families who are attending eligible student care centres.

Work Support (WS)
For those from low-income families who are looking for work, WS provides short-term cash grants and assistance with rental, service & conservancy charges, utilities charges, education and medical fees. It also provides job matching and skills upgrading assistance.
