Quality Assurance for Singapore's Dating Industry
Seven dating agencies and nine dating practitioners received the Social Development Unit (SDU) Trust Mark from Mrs Yu-Foo Yee Shoon, Minister of State for Community Development, Youth and Sports. Mrs Yu-Foo said: ''...Singles deserve the assurance that the dating services they utilise have their interest in mind. The accredited agencies will not only assure them of quality services, but also provide more interesting and out-of-the-box dating activities.'' |

Community Heritage Grant Scheme Extended
The Community Heritage Grant Scheme, a grant set aside by the government to support Community Heritage Organisations (CHOs) in the preservation of our heritage and culture has been extended. Family Research Fund
The Family Research Fund (FRF) is an initiative to encourage undergraduates in their Honours year, postgraduates and academic researchers in local universities and affiliated research institutes to conduct independent research on family-related issues. The FRF is now open for applications. |
